Minimum Acceptable Pricing Policy

Effective March 1, 2024 

The Kett Tool Company Minimum Advertised Pricing (MAP) Policy Agreement is intended to protect the integrity of The Kett Tool Company product offerings and our network of distributors, customers, and retailers. The Kett Tool Company MAP Policy includes, but is not limited to, the selling of Kett Tool Products and Accessories via online websites, catalogs, retail space, direct mail, phone orders and any other media or sales channels. 

Effective March 1, 2024, Kett Tool Company will begin enforcing the MAP Pricing Policy Agreement. Retailers and Distributors remain free to establish its own resale prices. However, the price of all products, individually or collectively, must be offered at a price no less than indicated on the MAP pricing guide. Compliance of the MAP Pricing Policy will be measured in USA dollars. 

Violations of the Kett Tool Company MAP Pricing Policy directly, or indirectly through another party on behalf of or for the benefit of such retailer, or offering products at a net adjusted price less than the previously communicated pricing guidelines will result in written notification identifying the violation. Retailers, Customers and Distributors will have 3 business days to correct the violation. In the event that the violation continues, The Kett Tool Company reserves the right to revoke the applicable product offering for the next 60 days, cancel pending orders, and/or deny new orders.
